Section 1: Return and Exchange Guidelines
Clothira strictly follows the terms and conditions mentioned below for returns and exchanges. We try our level best to facilitate our valued customers to exchange their purchased products under the following conditions:
Parcel Inspection: Customers are requested not to accept orders if the parcel is damaged or the seal is opened at the time of delivery.
Exchange Period: Customers can exchange articles from Clothira within 7 days from the date of order delivery.
Product Condition: The products must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all price labels/tags attached along with the invoice. Clothira will not accept returns or exchanges where proper care instructions have not been followed.
Process: We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, a store credit or coupon of the same value will be issued in exceptional cases. This coupon will be valid for 7 days and redeemable on our Online Store only.
Damaged/Missing Items: If the product received is damaged or missing, please contact us immediately at +92 316 1025231 or email info@clothira.com after receiving the parcel.
Verification: All returns will be inspected upon arrival at our Clothira warehouse. If our Quality Control team finds that the articles were used, washed, mishandled, or not in their original condition, we will not be able to process the exchange.
Exclusions: Accessories and discounted (Sale) items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Section 2: Refund Policy
We issue refunds only in exceptional cases. Currently, we do not support a refund policy for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Refund Process: When a refund is processed for prepaid orders, a credit will automatically be applied to your Credit/Debit card within 14 days. If you have not received a refund within this period, please check with your bank. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Section 3: Shipping for Returns
Customer Responsibility: To return or exchange a product, the customer is responsible for couriering the product to our Warehouse address in Karachi, Pakistan (please contact support for the exact address). Please mention your Order ID clearly on the parcel.
Shipping Costs: Clothira will bear all shipping costs only if we provided a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order. Otherwise, the customer will have to bear the shipment cost for returns and exchanges.
Timeline: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Section 4: Lost Shipping Policy
We keep a complete track record of our customer shipments from dispatch to smooth delivery with the help of our courier service companies. However, external delays can occur.
